List of Adjudicators

The CDA shall maintain and make available to CDA Members a list of all current Adjudicators.

Where a person ceases to be a Adjudicators for any reason, the CDA shall notify all CDA Members and such Adjudicators shall be deemed to be removed from all pools of Adjudicators.

Pools of Adjudicators

Using the form below, parties to a CDA Contract may create one or more pools of Adjudicators to cover:

  1. all CDA Contracts;

  2. all CDA Contracts in a CDA Project;

  3. one or more specific CDA Contracts, whether in a CDA Project or not;

  4. one or more specific sections or provisions of a CDA Contract.

Using the forms below, parties shall notify the CDA of:

  1. the creation of any new Pool of Adjudicators; 

  2. the amendment or termination of any Pool of Adjudicators;

  3. the assignment of Adjudicators to one or more Pools of Adjudicators; and

  4. the removal of Adjudicators from one or more Pools of Adjudicators.
