Membership Criteria

For a project to be made a member the parties holding an interest in the project must have executed a CDA Project Agreement making such project subject to the CDA Dispute Avoidance Procedures, substantially in the form set out here.

Project Details

Following submission of the application form, execute the Membership Agreement here.

Following execution of the Membership Agreement, e-mail or fax to us:

  1. a copy of the relevant Project Agreement making the project subject to the CDA Dispute Avoidance Procedures;

  2. copies of all project contracts (if any) that are to be subject to the CDA Dispute Avoidance Procedures. These can be added to or subtracted form at any time.
