List of Mediators

The CDA shall maintain and make available to CDA Members a list of all current Mediators.

Where a person ceases to be a Mediator for any reason, the CDA shall notify all CDA Members and such Mediator shall be deemed to be removed from all pools of Mediators.

Pools of Mediators

Using the form below, parties to a CDA Contract may create one or more pools of Mediators to cover:

  1. all CDA Contracts;

  2. all CDA Contracts in a CDA Project;

  3. one or more specific CDA Contracts, whether in a CDA Project or not;

  4. one or more specific sections or provisions of a CDA Contract.

Using the forms below, parties shall notify the CDA of:

  1. the creation of any new Pool of Mediators; 

  2. the amendment or termination of any Pool of Mediators;

  3. the assignment of Mediators to one or more Pools of Mediators; and

  4. the removal of Mediators from one or more Pools of Mediators.
